Brandon Kideckel is a Partner at Intersect Power. He co-heads the firm’s development and power marketing efforts, with a particular emphasis on the eastern and central United States.
Prior to joining Intersect Power, Brandon was Senior Director of Development at Recurrent Energy, one of North America’s largest solar project developers. In that role, Brandon led Recurrent Energy’s development efforts in the central United States. Earlier, he spent several years delivering a large portfolio of projects to Commercial Operation in Ontario, Canada.
Brandon brings significant project-development expertise, with a focus on siting, interconnection, and power marketing, as well as late-stage experience financing, constructing, and commissioning utility-scale solar projects. In his six years at Recurrent Energy, Brandon played a leading role in delivering nearly half a gigawatt of utility-scale solar projects to commercial operation across North America.
He started his career at TD Securities working in various roles covering strategy, foreign exchange, and fixed-income products.
Brandon holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
