Cynthia Chand is the HR & DEI Manager at Intersect Power, focused on human resources, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining Intersect Power, Cynthia held HR positions at a SaaS company, an intellectual property law firm, and a multi-state healthcare organization. In these roles, she handled employee relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and DEI.
Cynthia holds a Masters of Legal Studies (MLS) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Employment Law and Human Resources Management, respectively. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from Willamette University, majoring in Women and Gender Studies. Cynthia is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
