Jim Domencich is a principal at Intersect Power. He focuses on capital markets activities including project finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jim was previously the Vice President of Finance at PureGen Power, an owner of small utility scale and C&I solar power plants, focused on evaluating M&A opportunities and maximizing asset values in the portfolio. Prior to that role, he was a member of Recurrent Energy’s project finance team specializing in tax equity structuring, where he participated in over $2bn of construction financings and $1bn in asset sales by enterprise value.
Jim holds an MS in Operations Research from the Florida Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and a BA from Ripon College.
