Nick is the Head of Business Development at Intersect Power, focused on Intersect Power’s growth in emerging classes of clean infrastructure such as green hydrogen and direct air capture. Nick is passionate about energy transition and has spent his career working in various parts of the energy industry across a number of finance, commercial and engineering roles.
Prior to joining Intersect Power, Nick worked at Chevron where in his most recent role he managed the Investor Relations team. In that role, Nick supported all of the shareholder outreach and engagements, as well as working with Chevron’s executives in the development of external messaging and strategy.
Prior to Investor Relations, Nick held a number of roles at Chevron with increasing responsibility including leading Chevron’s financing and treasury efforts for Europe, Eurasia and the Middle East from their regional headquarters in London and as the lead financial analyst in their corporate M&A team.
Nick started his career with BP, where he held a number of operational roles within engineering including assignments at a natural gas liquids facility in Colorado, an offshore platform in the US Gulf of Mexico, and in Azerbaijan.
Nick holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
